The news was reporting that on this one particularly windy stretch of highway over half a dozen trucks have been blown over. There were several single vehicle fatalities generally involving semis. None of those guys got up in the morning thinking well today is the day that my truck will blow over and I will be killed. That's just how the day ended for them.
Even with all those trucks blown over the state didn't close the highway. There were no reports of passenger vehicles blowing off the road, but they weren't even requiring semis to get off the road. Live free die Free. Meaningless death or mysterious destiny?
Some of the trucks had blown over and were blocking Lanes of traffic. So semi tow trucks were called out to drag them off into the ditch. The wind was blowing so hard it was decided to leave them blown over.
